CEO and Founder

Travis grew up in the DFW metroplex and comes from four generations of real estate men. He earned his Eagle Scout award at the age of 13 and has striven to incorporate those high standards into his professional life "and soar with the eagles."

Travis has a passion for the investment industry and has worked in it since 2007.  Travis has worked at various real estate private equity firms as well as a major financial institution where he worked primarily with High Net Worth individuals.

In addition to managing day-to-day operations, Travis focuses on sourcing new product and due diligence on new deals while managing Alerion Equities existing deals. 

Travis earned his bachelor’s degree from Brigham Young University with an emphasis in Management. He also earned his master’s degree in business administration (MBA) from the University of Texas at Dallas. He speaks Spanish fluently and is learning Portuguese. When he is not working, Travis loves spending quality time with his beautiful wife Alice, daughter Julia and two dogs. He is an aficionado of sports cars and enjoys playing golf.

Justin grew up in a tight knit family just outside of Galveston. He was taught that serving others should always come before being served and has implemented this philosophy throughout his career. One of his favorite quotes is: "If you can, help others; if you cannot do that, at least do not harm them." -The Dalai Lama

For the last 7 years, Justin has been working with clients as a Financial Advisor assisting High Net Worth individuals meet their financial goals by building tailored investment plans around their long-term goals and risk tolerances. Becoming a Financial Advisor is his way of serving others, helping to ensure that people are treated fairly. It also gave Justin a chance to use his natural ability, which is connecting with people. He loves to meet and get to know new people and prides himself on never meeting a stranger no matter where he is.

Justin's primary focus at Alerion Equity is with capital recruitment on new deals, and he assists clients with real estate diversification in their portfolios. 

Justin earned his bachelor's degree in Management from Abilene Christian University. In March of 2020 Justin became a Certified Financial PlannerTM, (CFP®). When he is not working for his clients, he loves to spend time with his beautiful wife Aja and their handsome baby boy. He volunteers for various organizations including Habitat for Humanity and Regional Foodbank. He also enjoys barbecuing and loves golfing.
